A Case for One State Solution in Israel/Palestine

The Institute of International Relations will organize a public lecture with a subsequent discussion by Ilan Pappe "A Case for One State Solution in Israel/Palestine".

Professor Ilan Pappe was born in Haifa, Israel in 1954. He received his PhD from the University of Oxford and from 2007 he has been teaching in the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He is a fellow of the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies; a Director of the European Center for Palestine Studies and co-director of the Exeter Center for Ethno-Political Studies. His published works include: The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine (London 2007); A History of Modern Palestine (Cambridge 2003) and The Modern Middle East (London 2012 Second Edition).
