This issue of our journal contains four articles, and as in the last issue, their topics are really diverse.

In the first article Modern Frozen Conflicts, Lucie Konečná explores the conditions of conflict freezing. She does so using qualitative comparative analysis (QCA).

The second article Prospects for Development of the Geopolitical Position of the Republic of Croatia by Jugoslav Jozić and Robert Barić analyses the perspectives of Croatia's geopolitics using the premises of neoclassical geopolitics.

Aleš Tesař, Fabian Baxa, and Dalibor Procházka in the third text M.A.D. Again? discuss the possibilities of applying the concept of mutually assured destruction in the cyber domain. They also address other aspects of the cyber domain.

The last article Čo vlastne Thukydides, Sun-C’ a Clausewitz povedali? (What did Thucydides, Sun-Tzu and Clausewitz really say?) written by Samuel Žilinčík, Ivo Pikner, and Jaroslav Staněk, discusses various interpretations of the classics of strategic thinking.
