Born 1970. Senior lecturer pf the Group of history and political science of the Department of Social Sciences and Law, University of Defence in Brno. Graduated in History and Ethnology at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University in Brno, where he also gained his PhD title. He focuses on history of Russia and Eastern Europe, and Czechoslovak history after 1945.
