Mjr. Ing. Bohuslav PERNICA, Ph.D.
Born 1973. Graduated at VVŠ PV, doctorate at VVŠ PV in 2003, dissertation thesis "Problem of Economy and Professionalization of the Army of the Czech Republic". After completing his studies he worked as the Chief of Financial Service at the anti-aircraft missile regiment, 1998-2007 he was a lecturer at the Department of Business and Finance, National Defence Economics, VVŠ PV in Vyškov, and Department of Economics and Management, University of Defence in Brno. Currently he works in the Force Planning Division of the Ministry of Defence. He focuses on financing of defence and armed forces and the topic of human capital in armed forces.
