The Institute of International Relations in Prague, the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation in Prague and the European Council on Foreign Relations, with the support of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic will arrange the international conference "Europe as a Global Player: Views from Outside".
