Priorities and prospects for the European Union
Institute of International Relations would like to invite you to an international conference entitled "Priorities and prospects for the European Union", which is organized in co-operation with the Trans-European Policy Studies Association, EU-CONSENT and the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in European Studies of Charles University in Prague.
The conference is held on the occasion of the launching of the Czech Presidency of the EU and will concentrate on the recent challenges for the European Union. The conference will be divided into several panels with the participation of top EU and Czech officials, academics, and business representatives from various parts of Europe.
The event will take place in the Grand Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic, Loretanske nam. 5, Praha 1 on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th December 2008.
