Born in 1976. In 2003 graduated from the Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Law (programme Law and Legal Science). He served in leading positions in the Legal Service of the Army of the Czech Republic. Currently he is working at the Department of Strategic Management in Defence of the Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies of the University of Defence in Brno. He mainly deals with the legal aspects of State Defence, Law of Armed Conflict and the issue of Security and Leadership.
