Dr. phil. Lukáš NOVOTNÝ, M.A.

Born in 1979. He studied political science, sociology and German studies at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and University of Bayreuth. He is currently associate professor in political science at Czech Technological University in Prague and J.E. Purkyně University in Ústí and Labem. He is focused on the regional and social development.
