Born 1966. Currently working at the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce. In 1988 he graduated from the Air Force Academy in Dęblin. He also successfully completed post-graduate studies at the Air Command and Staff College (2002) and Air War College (2012), the Air University, Maxwell AFB, USA. In 2008, he habilitated at the Academy of National Defence in Warszawa in the field of military sciences. His research interests inlude military crisis response operations, air operations and air defence.
