JUDr. Jakub HANDRLICA, Ph.D.
Born in 1981. He graduated from the Law Faculty, Charles University in Prague, completed postgraduate studies at universities in Germany and France. Currently he works at the Department of Administrative Law, Law Faculty, Charles University in Prague. In addition to general questions of administrative law and administrative management he focuses on regulatory issues of strategic sectors of the economy (energy, nuclear energy, production and export of sensitive materials). He is a co-author of the collective monograph on the EU legislation for dual use export controls (MICHEL, Q.: Sensitive Trade, Bruxelles: Éditions scientifiques internationales P.I.E. Peter Lang, 2011) and a member of an international group of experts in the field of dual use export controls under the auspices of the Université de Liège in Belgium. He is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association (Association Internationale Du Droit Nucléaire).
