Born in 1969. Currently, a Head of Information Operations Institute at War Studies University in Warsaw. He serves as an intelligence staff officer (brigade and division) and as a chief of staff reconnaissance battalion. Participated in a working group developing Polish doctrine of Information Operations and as an expert in the European Defense Agency projects. His scientific activities are related to theory and practice of using information operations in crisis response operations and armed conflicts.
