Mgr. et Mgr. Lukáš TICHÝ, Ph.D.

Born in 1982. He works as a researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague. His field of interest includes energy security, the EU and Russian foreign and security policy, and the theories of international relations. He has published several articles in domestic and foreign journals, some conference proceedings and also several monographs.
