PhDr. Linda PIKNEROVÁ, Ph.D.
Born in 1983. She finished her PhD studies in 2012 when she vindicated her PhD thesis successfully. Her thesis was related to microregionalism in South Africa analyzed through new regionalism approach. She is a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and International Affairs, Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She is interested in regional integration (especially in Africa) and development cooperation. She has published some papers and articles dealt with the mentioned topic. She is an author of one monograph and co-author of another one. Since 2016, she has participated in the Jean Monnet Chair in European Union Foreign Policies.
