Born in 1975. Currently working at the Institute of Security Studies at the Pedagogical University of Krakow. He earned a PhD degree in Political Science in 2013 (Faculty of Humanities, Pedagogical University of Krakow). Specialist in the field of strategic analysis, military technology and security policy.
