Born in 1967. Graduate of technical and economic study programmes with a Master’s degree (1989, 2021) and Doctoral degree (2002). In the past, he worked in command, staff, and teaching positions in the Ministry of Defence, as Chief of Staff of the Air Defence Base in Žatec and Chief of Staff of the SHORAD Group in Strakonice, Chief of the Training Department of VeV-VA in Vyškov. From 1997 to 2004, as a member of the integrated work team, he was at the birth and implementation of the air defence fire's automated command and control system. Since he retired in 2011, he has worked in the commercial sphere. He has been engaged in operational and tactical analyses of the use of the product portfolio. He has also been an academic at the Department of Fire Support, School of Military Leadership, University of Defence since 2022. He is a member of the team for the selection and implementation of the automated artillery fire control system and is involved in analysis issues for effective resource allocation.
