He studied law and political science at Masaryk University. In 2001-02, he completed an internship at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and in 2013-14 he studied American Judaism and Islam at the Hartford Seminary in Connecticut. He currently works at Mendel University in Brno. He also lectures externally at Masaryk University.
