Born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1967. Completed his studies at Law Faculty, University of Belgrade, as well as phd studies in the subject of National Security. Since 1994, he is lecturing at the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, in the fields of security management and counter-terrorism. Currently he works at International Security Institute as Program Director.
